The Hon’ble President of India serves as the President of the IRCS. The overall policy and management are overseen by the Managing Body comprising 12 members elected by State and Union Territory branches and 6 members nominated by the Hon’ble President of India, whose Chairperson is traditionally the Union Minister for Health & Family Welfare. https://www.indianredcross.org/
State Level
The Hon’ble Governor of Tamil Nadu serves as the President of the Tamil Nadu State Branch. The State Branch acts as a bridge between the National Headquarters and the District Branches. It comprises representatives elected by each District Branch Committee. https://ircstnb.org/
