  • Our Commitment to You: We are committed to providing continuous, accredited training, appropriate recognition, and clear roles (as per the Code of Ethics) to empower every volunteer.
  • Inclusivity: We actively recruit individuals irrespective of race, ethnicity, religious belief, age, or disability.
  • Training & Roles: All volunteers receive a full orientation, are entitled to become an IRCS Member, and receive specialized training in areas like First Aid, Disaster Management, and Psychosocial Support (PSP).
